My paintings leave much in ambiguous abeyance and therefore create room for the  
beholder, let him dare and be inspired to walk his mind in different directions.  
My intention is to initialize a dialogue between painting and beholder on a deeper, more  
intuitive level. It depends solely on the beholder whether he enters this dispute about  
passion, solitude, hope and harmony or stays the surface to float in the moods of color.  
The three-dimensional character of my paintings creates motion. It is left to the  
beholder's eye whether he gets the impression of a thunderstorm or a slight summer breeze.
